HIGH PRESSURE CLEANERS COILS PROFESSIONAL MTM HYDRO MADE OF STEEL OR STAINLESS STEEL

Our company, always specialized in the production of accessories for high pressure 100% made in Italy for use on h.p. washers and in the car-wash sector, announces the start of a new production strongly synergistic for its market of reference.

Starting from October, in fact, a new production site of 2,500 m2 has been put into operation, adjacent to the one in which the company has its registered offce, for the production of all types of coils for high pressure cleaners, used inside the boilers to allow the heating of the water put under pressure by the motor-pump group.

To embark on this new adventure, the company has been able to rely on a solid foundation of know-how, making use of the experience of forty years of staff specialized in the production of custom-made or sample coils for high pressure cleaners. Moreover, the use of tested and dedicated equipment for each coil guarantees a high quality of the product allowing the processing of certifed carbon steel or stainless steel pipes with working pressures up to 500 bar.

Thanks to the use of specifc hardened molds, the coils can be produced with complex shapes: cylindrical, truncated-cone developments, variable spacing between coils and between coils winding levels, etc...

In order to complete the product, it is possible to add to the spiral various parts according to the customer’s needs, i.e. side spacers, bands, ends, as well as threaded terminals that can have different connections.
