Coils for high pressure cleaners, the challenge of Mtm Hydro

Mtm Hydro is a factory specialized in high pressure washers and car-washes‘ accessories . Nowadays the business is focused on the vast production of coils, in demand in the market. The coils are installed in the inside of the boiler and their function is to warm up the water which is pressurized by the group motor-pump.

MTM Hydro had to count on their know-how To go ahead with this new adventure: it is the forty years of employers’ experience in the drawing/sample production of coils for high pressure washers that makes our articles high quality ones. Besides this, the poven equipment used is suitable for each coil and they guarantee a high quality product. Is it so possible to easily work with operating pressures up to 500 bar on certified tubes made of carbon steel or stainless steel 304.

Thanks to mpered matrices, the heater coils can be made in different shapes: cylindrical, cone shape or with a variable space between coils/ between coils’ winding levels. In order to complete the product It is possible to add various details to the spiral, according to the customers’ requirements ( like side spacers, bands, ends, as well threaded terminals that can have connections of 3/8” – ½”, 22x1.5, etc.…)

At the head of this important investment is the Engineer Marco Costamagna, CEO of the company. Our focus are the high pressure cleaners, this gives us the ability to be the point of reference and to be ideal partners for national and international manufacturers and distributors.

To realize this specific production we had to invest in a new plant, thankfully it is located close by our principal site. Day by day the activity is adapting itself to our needs: until today the projects have been realized following our business plan . It is out intention to install new modern and automated production lines . This goal will makes us increasing our productivity and pushes us to improve even more our work environment and the quality of our products.”
