CWE Connect is a smart device that allows you to monitor operating parameters, levels, earnings, and more for all MTM HYDRO machines on the forecourt.

Monitoring is carried out through a single display unit, which can be installed in the technical room or any other area of the facility.

This optimizes machine maintenance times, allowing operators to focus exclusively on units that require assistance—such as emptying vacuum bins, refilling missing products, collecting cash, and so on.

Key Features and Security

For security reasons, CWE Connect does not actively interact with the machines; instead, it functions purely as a display unit. The screen provides a visual layout of all machines on the forecourt, allowing comprehensive monitoring of:

• - All operating cycles performed by the machines
• - Real-time earnings from dispensers, or data within a specific timeframe selected for statistical comparison
• - Product levels for various programs, etc.
• - Operating time

This ensures that Car Wash managers can take prompt action without having to inspect all machines blindly.

The device allows users to choose between a cumulative count from the initial installation date or from the last reset, depending on how the manager prefers to monitor forecourt activity.

Additionally, if a cashless system is installed on the machines, it is possible to track how much credit has been deducted from various keys or cards. This provides a clear indication of the ratio between loyal and occasional customers.

Remote Access and Multi-Site Management

All of this data can also be viewed remotely by logging into an external server with a username and password. This is an incredibly useful feature for operators managing multiple sites, such as oil companies, network operators, or owners of car wash chains.

The remote connection management software also includes a dedicated statistics section where users can consult all recorded data (earnings, alarm signals, etc.). As a result, operators can manage this data effectively to optimize their business.
